Our story
Built in Ypsilanti, running 24 / 7 across Metro Detroit.
Prime O Towing LLC was founded in Ypsilanti, Michigan by owner-operator Hussin Mohamed-Osman. We dispatch flatbed, wheel-lift, and roadside service across Metro Detroit, Washtenaw County, Oakland County, and all of southeast Michigan, with mid-Michigan coverage out of Lansing. The dispatcher who picks up your call is local. The truck rolling to you is ours.
We are a light-duty specialist. That means sedans, SUVs, pickups, AWD crossovers, EVs, luxury cars, and classic restorations — not heavy commercial trucks or motorcycles. For AWD and electric vehicles we use the flatbed to keep all four wheels off the ground and protect the drivetrain.
We work directly with every major Michigan insurer, and we are dispatched through HONK and Agero (Swoop) for roadside assistance club members. You can also call us directly without going through anyone's insurance company, and we will quote the total before rolling the truck.
