Information we collect

When you call our dispatch line or submit a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, pickup location, vehicle details, and a description of the service you need. We use this information only to dispatch a truck and complete the service.

How we use it

Dispatch, invoicing, insurance coordination, and follow-up. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website, route and measure calls, dispatch trucks, and process payments; with the insurance carriers you authorize; or when required by law.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, and CallRail dynamic number insertion to understand website use and measure calls that result from advertising. These services may process device and browser information, IP address, referring and landing pages, advertising click identifiers, cookies or similar identifiers, the tracking number displayed, caller ID, and call timing and duration. We currently do not record call audio through CallRail.

Google, CallRail, Vercel, and our other operational providers process this information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. Advertising-call data is used to evaluate campaign performance and improve lead quality. We do not treat a phone-link click or a form submission as a paid-job conversion.

Your choices and data retention

You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We retain operational and measurement data only as long as reasonably necessary for dispatch, payment, fraud prevention, reporting, and legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.
